We tapped the undiscovered potential of Elani, Pink, and 1019 hops, bursting with flavors of guava, watermelon, citrus, and stone fruit, backed by notes of dank herb. Then Salvo and Spectrum were introduced, two innovative hop extracts that intensify the dry hop profile without adding bitterness. The result is a pungent but amazingly drinkable brew that is sure to have your taste buds dancing through the night.
