You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.

An adult signature is required at time of delivery.

By submitting your order electronically buyer is signing that buyer has read and understands the above conditions.

Membership charges

Your order will be charged when the first shipment of your membership is ready or scheduled to leave our facility. Orders placed with a start date of "ASAP" will be charged and shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed with a future start date will be charged and shipped in the scheduled start month.

Prepaid orders of 2-12 shipments will be charged in full when the membership starts. Once the final shipment is sent out, the membership will expire and will not auto-renew.

Ongoing orders will charge for each shipment as it is scheduled to ship. These orders will continue to process and charge until the membership is canceled.

There is a 2-month minimum for both Ongoing and Prepaid memberships.

Shipping charges

Prices of our beers include shipping charges except for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii. Any applicable extra shipping charges will show in the shopping cart during checkout.

It is the recipient’s or gift giver’s responsibility to provide a current shippable & physical delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs, or international addresses.

In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.

If a shipment is returned to our facility, we will not reship until the recipient or gift giver has provided a deliverable address.

In the event that a shipment is returned to our facility, but the recipient or gift giver does not want to reship the package(s), a restocking fee will be applied.

If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment if a reship is requested.

Legal Disclaimer

Title to, and ownership of, all beer passes from seller to buyer at seller’s licensed premises in the State of California. Buyer takes all responsibility for picking up the beer at seller’s licensed premises or shipping the beer to a destination of choice. When placing an order, buyer can authorize seller to act on buyer’s behalf in arranging for transportation of the beer at the buyer’s direction, or buyer can make independent shipping arrangements. Seller collects sales tax based on the seller’s location. Seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any beers, alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of beer and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the beer and other goods shipped to the buyer’s destination.

If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then buyer is responsible for providing a current, shippable, physical delivery address. Seller cannot arrange shipments for buyer that ships to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

Seller does not assist buyers with shipments to any state where it may not be permissible.

Deliveries typically arrive between 10-15 weekdays after an order is processed.

Cancellation of membership

There are no membership fees as a member of the Craft Beer Club. There is a 2-shipment minimum for both Prepaid and Ongoing memberships. You may cancel at any time after the 2-month minimum by logging into your account, emailing customer support (support@craftbeerclub.com) or by calling customer service at 1-800-200-2959.

Return Policy

If a shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If the wine is corked from the winery, we will replace the bottle at no charge. Due to alcohol shipping laws, we are unable to accept returns.

Due to the limited time frame that delivery companies retain shipment tracking information, we do not offer reimbursements, reshipments, or replacements for delivery issues that are older than 120 days.

Email confirmation of orders and notifications of special offers from Craft Beer Club are sent to the email address you have provided. You may notify us by email, phone, fax, or standard mail, or simply unsubscribe, to remove your email address from our list.

Tracer Tags: Our Sites may also use a technology called "tracer tags". These may also be referred to as "Clear GIFs" or "Web Beacons". This technology allows us to understand which pages you visit on our Sites. These tracer tags are used to help us optimize and tailor our Sites for you and other future website visitors.
