Swells pours a golden amber with crystal clarity, crowned by a sturdy white head. On the nose, waves of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and crushed citrus peel crash forward, backed by subtle tropical notes and a light malt backbone.
A focused malt bill of pale and light crystal malts gives just enough sweetness to balance the assertive bitterness, allowing the Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hops to shine through with their layered complexity.
