Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our monthly club shipments and beer store orders will be shipped to be received in the 3rd or 4th week of the month ordered. If ordered after the 3rd week of the month, it will be shipped to be received the 3rd or 4th week of the next month. Some orders will be shipped faster than others and you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to update a shipping address after an order is placed, please email us or call us right away to get it updated. There is no guarantee we can update an address after an order has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Monthly Subscription: $17 for 12 beers and $34 for 24 beers

Individual Store Orders: Flat $20 shipping — no matter how much beer you buy!

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, reach out to us at info@craftbeerclub.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Do I need to be home to receive the shipment?

Yes! An adult 21 or over must be present to sign for delivery. Beer cannot be left unattended.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes as all packages require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Orders and returns

How does the Craft Beer Club work?

Each month, we handpick four top-quality craft beers from small and independent breweries across the U.S. You’ll receive 12 or 24 bottles/cans delivered right to your doorstep during the 3rd or 4th week of the month.

Can I customize the beer I receive?

Our monthly club is pre-curated to highlight a variety of styles and breweries. However, we also offer themed beer boxes (like Hazy IPAs, Dark Beers, and IPAs), and our beer store lets you pick your own selection.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy! Just click the tab that says "Join Subscription Club" at the top of the page and select your quantity of bottles/cans you'd like monthly (12 or 24). Then select your delivery frequency and add to cart. Finishing checking out and look forward to your beer the 3rd or 4th week of your delivery month!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped during the 3rd or 4th week of the month.

Can I send beer as a gift?

Absolutely! Our beer subscriptions and boxes make great gifts. Just be sure to use your gift recipient's shipping info when placign the order.

What's in the subscription box?

When you sign up, you’ll get a mix of four different beer styles totaling 12 bottles or cans with each subscription month. Our monthly selection ranges from hoppy and juicy IPAs, to dark stouts, and even lighter beers such as pilsners.

How do you source your beer?

We source our craft beer every single month, in freshly made for us batches, from the some of the best breweries across the nation! This ensure you'll always get the freshest beer possible that we know you will enjoy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription please contact us at info@craftbeerclub.com. Please be aware we may not be able to cancel your current month shipment if cancelled after the first week of the month.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If you receive a damaged shipment please contact us at info@craftbeerclub.com within 30 days of delivery and we can assist you!

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact us at info@craftbeerclub.com
