Brewed in honor of one of Chicago’s original brewing pioneers. This historic lager brings the rich character and full-bodied flavor of turn-of-the-century American beer into the modern era.
Pouring a deep golden hue with a frothy white head, this Pilsner offers a grainy, slightly sweet aroma backed by herbal, spicy hop notes. Brewed with traditional six-row barley and flaked corn, it balances a hearty malt backbone with a crisp, dry finish and a touch more bitterness than its modern counterparts—true to its pre-Prohibition roots.
