A simple, relaxed Mexican-style lager brewed with flaked maize, noble hops, and a strain of yeast known to ferment a myriad of brews from our friends to the south. A classic spicy nose with a hint of corn mimics driving past your local tortilleria with the windows down. Aged in the foeder for 2 months which will give a small amount of oakiness as the beer warms.
