Mainstay Independent’s King Laird was brewed in honor of Rolston Laird, an Irish immigrant who lived and farmed wheat on Petty Island on the Delaware River, right next to Philadelphia. Laird was pronounced ‘King of Petty Island’ in the late 1800’s. Unfiltered, spicy, and refreshing, the King Laird Hefeweizen is traditionally brewed, balanced and a customer favorite.
