Originally brewed for the purpose of giving people a high-quality Stout in the Winter months, its fantastic reception earned it a spot on their lineup year-round. Aged in a Willie’s Distillery Bourbon Barrel for 5 months, it picked up many of the characteristics of the barrel and bourbon without tasting overly boozy. Smooth, balanced and not too heavy on the finish.
