Jeremiah Johnson’s award-winning Honey Weizen uses generous amounts of locally harvested honey from Smoot Honey to capture the flavors of sweet clover and Montana wildflowers. It is also brewed with wheat and Montana Pale 2-Row malt, Saphir hops, orange peel, and German yeast. Finally, Honey Weizen is dry hopped with rose hips for a beer that is light and sweet with a pleasant tart finish.
