Ringneck was originally a fall seasonal, brewed to celebrate the famous sporting bird of Southwest Minnesota. However, popular demand made it a year-round favorite. Toasted oats lend a fruit nuance reminiscent of raspberry, while layers of crystal malts build a caramel and toffee base. The hops are muted, and allow a cask-style yeast to create a malty, full bodied ale. Cheers!
