We have some friends down the road a bit that once upon a time built a really Big Log Cabin, then they threw a golf course behind it. Well we decided everyone needs a refreshing beer while they golf, and that old log cabin reminded us of the German Alps. So we took a refreshing American wheat beer and gave it a nod to the German Hefeweizen giving it a nice light mouth feel with mild clove and banana on the finish. Before you know it you will be golfing in the alps right along with us!!
