"An English-style Brown Ale, Black Tooth’s Saddle Bronc is dark in color yet surprisingly light in body making it a great session beer. Hints of caramel, roasted nuts, and cocoa complement the malty sweet flavors and clean finish. Try pairing the Saddle Bronc with smoked baby back ribs and BBQ sauce.
Chocolate with a touch of mild roasted coffee. Some underlying earthy hops are joined by caramel and nutty aromatics. A thick creamy tan head tops the brown, brilliantly clear beer. Semi-sweet chocolate with hints of raisins and a touch of roasted malts. Supper clean fermentation highlights the perfect balance between the earthy hops, bittering hops and brown malts.
It finishes dry with a lingering pleasant chocolate aftertaste. Medium light body, moderate carbonation and creamy texture make this beer superbly drinkable. Closer to an English brown than the American versions. Nothing is overdone, every aspect of the beer is held in perfect balance. Very enjoyable, I could drink this one every day."
