Terms and Conditions
Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
An adult signature is required at time of delivery.
By submitting your order electronically buyer is signing that buyer has read and understands the above conditions.
Your order will be charged when the first shipment of your membership is ready, or scheduled, to leave our facility. Orders placed with a start date of "ASAP" will be charged and shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed with a future start date will be charged and shipped in the scheduled start month.
Prepaid orders of 2-12 shipments will be charged in full when the membership starts. Once the final shipment is sent out, the membership will expire and will not auto-renew.
Ongoing orders will charge for each shipment as it is scheduled to ship. These orders will continue to process and charge until the membership is canceled.
There is a 2-month minimum for both Ongoing and Prepaid memberships.
If you wish to renew an order, log into your account* and navigate to the Memberships section. Here, you can select which membership to renew. By clicking the "Order Again" button, details from the selected membership will be added to your shopping cart. Simply go to checkout, verify the information, and place the order.*If you have made a purchase with us before, then you already have an account in our system. If you did not set a password for your account previously, you can do so by navigating to the login page and selecting “Get a login link”. A one-time-use link will be sent to your email. (Please remember to set your password!)
Prices of our beers include shipping charges except for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, the cost of which varies depending on final destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. Any applicable extra shipping charges will show in the shopping cart during checkout.
It is the recipient’s or gift giver’s responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs, or international addresses.
In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.
If a shipment is returned to our facility, we will not reship until the recipient or gift giver has provided a deliverable address.
In the event that a shipment is returned to our facility, but the recipient or gift giver does not want to reship the package(s), a restocking fee will be applied.
If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment if a reship is requested.
If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then buyer is responsible for providing a current, shippable, physical delivery address. Seller cannot arrange shipments for buyer that ships to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

Seller does not assist buyers with shipments to any state where it may not be permissible.
Deliveries typically arrive between 10-15 weekdays after an order is processed. If you need something sooner than 10-15 business days, you have the options of downloading a free greeting card from our website, adding a mailed greeting card (5-7 days), or adding a Beer Announcement Gift (1-3 days) to your order during checkout.
Due to the nature of our products, refunds occur within 14 days after bottles are returned to our facility unopened. We do not pay for shipping of returned products, or refund payments if we are unable to restock the beer back into our inventory for any reason.
Due to the limited time frame that delivery companies retain shipment tracking information, we do not offer reimbursements, reshipments, or replacements for delivery issues that are older than 120 days. This does not apply to shipments that were successfully returned to our facility.
The selection of beer featured in our club is from a wide variety of different states and different breweries. While it does not happen often, if a shipment contains beers from a brewery nearby, we do not offer reimbursements, reshipments, or replacements.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For large order to many different recipients we occasionally accept checks, please check out our Corporate Beer Club Gifts page.
Privacy and Security Statements
Our Sites use a technology called "cookies". A cookie is a tiny element of data that our Sites can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. All pages on our Sites where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable require that you accept cookies. If you have registered with our Sites, these cookies (1) may let us know who you are, (2) are necessary to access your account information (stored on our computers) in order to deliver products and personalized services, and (3) will provide us and our Service Providers with information that we will use to personalize our Sites in accordance with your preferences. However, should you decide not to accept cookies from our Sites, you will limit the functionality we can provide when you visit our Sites.
Tracer Tags: Our Sites may also use a technology called "tracer tags". These may also be referred to as "Clear GIFs" or "Web Beacons". This technology allows us to understand which pages you visit on our Sites. These tracer tags are used to help us optimize and tailor our Sites for you and other future website visitors.
