Wyndridge Farm

A world-class operation nestled in Dallastown, Pennsylvania, Wyndridge Farm offers a delicious selection of distinctive, farm-crafted beers.

Located in the beautiful rolling hills of South Central Pennsylvania, Wyndridge Farm captures the historic beauty of a classic American farm with picturesque views of green fields and sweet-smelling orchards. Rustic but elegant, Wyndridge Farm is a unique trifecta operation, including a craft brewery and winery, a restaurant, and a catering/event business all wrapped into one. Although a relatively new business, Wyndridge Farm’s attention to quality and service has quickly made it a world-class operation and a mid Atlantic destination.

Wyndridge Farm is owned by Steve and Julie Groff. After a 2011 bicycle accident forced Steve to leave his medical career as an orthopedic surgeon, the couple took a second look at their old barn and 77 acres of farmland and dreamed of turning it into a full fledged hospitality center. Their unique concept of combining craft beverage production, event space and a restaurant on their Dallastown farm began to evolve and the Groffs grew more and more confident that the project could be successful.

After first obtaining a winery license, the Groffs started out by making hard cider. They then renovated the barn and added a restaurant and craft brewery. They also recruited a team of experts who would help bring their vision of Wyndridge Farm to life.

Wyndridge Farm’s award-winning craft brewery produces American, farm-brewed beer...not many companies can claim that distinction. Each of the beers are brewed on site using only the freshest ingredients, from the hops and grain, to seasonal flavorings such as herbs and fruit. Head Brewer for Wyndridge is Jon Wagner, whose in-depth experience in the brewing industry and hard work has made him a vital addition to the team. His past stint at Tröegs allowed him to learn the inner workings of one of the biggest and most successful craft breweries in the country, and it helped shape him into the brewer he is today.

Celebrating and enjoying life’s moments with great food, crafty beverages and good friends is what life is all about at Wyndridge Farm. We are happy to share this top-notch craft brewery with our Craft Beer Club members. Cheers!
