A collaborative effort, Roadhouse Brewing Co. captures the soul of Jackson Hole in every beer they produce

Located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming’s famed Town Square, Roadhouse Brewing Co. was founded by homebrewer/entrepreneur Colby Cox and noted chef/restaurateur Gavin Fine over a passion for craft beer and craft cuisine. When the friends first met, they bonded over their infatuation with the band, Phish, but they also discovered they both enjoyed concocting delicious flavors, whether it was through beer or food. By working together, they realized an even greater potential to curate outrageously tasty food and drink concoctions - and so was the beginning of Roadhouse Brewing Company.

The brewery got its start in 2012 at Gavin’s Q Roadhouse restaurant, where Colby and Gavin turned a billiard room into a 350 square-foot brewery. They filled the tiny space with brewing equipment and started churning out some amazing beer, forming the foundation for Roadhouse Brewing Company.

In 2017, Roadhouse Brewing Company expanded into its current beautifully designed, state-of-the-art brewing facility, located just outside of downtown Jackson Hole. They also recently opened a new restaurant - Roadhouse Pub & Eatery - which showcases the brewery’s flagship beers, as well as new experimental styles, which are all paired with locally sourced, seasonal gastropub fare. It is Colby and Gavin’s plan to continue expanding, bringing more Roadhouse beer to more places around the country.

The craft beers that Roadhouse Brewing Company offers each have their own unique story and name that helps tell people about who Colby and Gavin are as people. Whether its a musical inspiration or a nod to the adventurous and vacationing spirit of Jackson Hole, we have a feeling most people will find a connection to these approachable and seriously delicious brews.

Today, Colby and Gavin craft six year-round beers, a handful of collaboration beers, and several seasonals, plus they now produce their own small-batch craft hard seltzers under the ‘Seltzy’ brand. We are proud to introduce Roadhouse Brewing Company to those who have a craft beer membership and hope you enjoy two of their most popular offerings. Cheers!
